What are the most criminally overlooked RPGs of all time in your opinion? Add to the list:
I rarely have the time or the money to go out and buy all of the games I want, so I basically rely on word-of-mouth or reviews from my trusted sources and game critics. I am so glad that I stumbled upon the Shadow Hearts series. From what I have read, the first Shadow Hearts was released a week before Final Fantasy X giving it virtually no chance of ever getting it's head above water. It's a shame too, because I have fallen in love with the series.
1. Shadow Hearts
2. Shadow Hearts: Covenant |

YES, finally.
Something was telling me I should reply, but I couldn't remember the game.
Eternal Sonata
Simple and repetitive, but the art direction and the characters made it one of the most unique and unforgettable gaming experiences in a long time. |

| Probably Star Ocean. I've only played the third one, but it's easily as good and way more challenging than any other I've played. |
