Tecmo ANNOUNCES FATAL FRAME FOUR!
FATAL FRAME IV: MASK of the LUNAR ECLIPSE
Zero: Tsukihami no Kamen
(Zero: Mask of the Lunar Eclipse)
Yes, Tecmo's January pressconfernce had a lot of great goodies for Tecmo fans...So let's break down the quick states of this game:
--- Kikuchi-san & Shibata-san are involved.
--- An unknown girl is shown in the production images plus one ghost?
--- The image colour of the game is yellow.
--- Important keywords for this game will be moon, mask, and memory
--- The game is supposedly set for a summer 2008 release
--- The location appears to be a western style house.
--- Something concerning retrieving lost memories.
--- Grasshopper Manufacturer's involvement reconfirmed.

The press conference had Kikuchi-san there, the president of Tecmo, and Makoto Osamu Hatano Nintendo's Chief Exectuive officier. Kikuchi-san said he was very pleased with how the wii controls were relating with the game, and although he wouldn't go into specifics, he says he thinks fans will be pleased. (Poor Kikuchi-san, he's also working on the new Rygar for the Wii and Tecmo Bowl 2008. Three projects at once now!)
There was also a short promotion video shown at the demonstration involving two scenes, mainly of our main girl (possibly the heroine?) walking down the hallway of the house (and I believe also playing the piano). Her name has not been released yet, so her identity is unknown at the moment.)
The conference also announced that Nintendo will be heavily involved with the sales and the promotion of the game to all of its venues. This is good news for the game, since previous games have suffered from what many fans say has been inadequate promotion in the past.
Kikuchi-san once again thanked fans for their enthusiasm and to be patient. It seems though, given how game development is progressing, Tecmo is hoping for a summer release of the game this year. |

I hardly have the balls to play fatal frame 1!  Im already 2 parts behind on it. Blame it on my phobia for ghosts and apparitions (wich I got from fatal frame 1 in the first place) |

| These truly are games that make me jumpy. I will have this one as soon as it is released. The Fatal Frame series may not have been all that innovative since the release of the first game, but then again they don't really have to be. It works... every time! I will jump like a school girl after the first apparition pops out just like I always do. |
